Contractors working for the Town of Underhill are in the process of pouring a concrete headwall in the same area of Lower English Settlement Road that has been under construction over the last several weeks. Equipment will have to remain in the roadway thru at least noon time on Saturday. Access from River Road will be open up to and including #84 Lower English Settlement Road. For those seeking access north of #84 will have to utilize Upper English Settlement Road.
