Sam Russell's Memorial Service Sunday, 10/26, 9 -11am
As those who knew him probably know, long-time resident Sam Russell past away last spring. His offspring Thad, Sarah, and Jack Russell asked me to post this notice about Sam's upcoming Service and other gatherings to celebrate Sam's life:
Saturday Eve: Join us for an informal, pizza-and-beer gathering at Piecasso in Stowe. 6-8 pm.

2) Sunday Morning: Sam's Pancake Memorial. Dunbar Hall at Sterling College. 9-11 am.
Breakfast at 9. Service will begin at 9:30 and finish up around 11.
The service will be similar to Polly's: a democratic, non-hierarchical sharing of stories and memories by people who knew and loved Sam.
We have already talked to a number of people about speaking. Let us know if you want to be added to the list; we will find time for you if we can.
