This coming Thursday, Dec. 30, at 7 PM songwriters and poets will square off at The Whammy Bar in an "All Genres, All Ages Slam," competing for a brand new or gently used musical instrument! Audience members will serve as judges and, after the slam, impromptu collaborations between the writers and the musicians will complete the evening. Participants sign up at 7 PM, and the slam begins immediately thereafter! Each participant is granted 3 minutes on stage before points are deducted.
