This workshop is designed to help you balance better from the ground up. Improving your balance, at any stage of life, means that the activities of your daily life will become easier, more comfortable, and more will be possible.

The Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education® is a learning system that helps improve human functioning through movement and awareness. Awareness Through Movement® lessons are verbally-guided gentle, novel, and mindful "movement puzzles" involving sensing, thinking, moving, and imagining.

The benefits:
-reduce your discomfort, pain, and anxiety
-regulate your nervous system
-stimulate your neuroplasticity
-move with more ease, grace, and potency
-deepen your quality of attention
-improve your balance
-regain your flexibility without stretching
-enhance your self-image and sense of well-being
-un-do movement and tension habits
-improve your skill (dancers, musicians, athletes, actors, et al)
