The Vermont Climate Council is sponsoring two virtual events to kick-off the update of the state's Climate Action Plan - the blueprint for how the state will reduce climate altering emissions and become more resilient to extreme weather events.
Vermont's first Plan was adopted in 2021 and is due to be updated in 2025. The Council and its Subcommittees want to hear from all Vermonters about their priorities for the next plan.
Virtual events will occur on Tuesday June 18th from 5:30 - 7:00 PM and Thursday June 20th from noon - 2:00 PM. Join the Council for a discussion to learn about the plan, voice your priorities for its revision, and connect to future engagement opportunities for climate action in Vermont.
