Wellness Wednesday starts June 12, 6-7 PM. All ages and abilities welcome. Weekly rotating instructors. Donations go to area nonprofits. Bring a friend and a mat and enjoy this special time. While on the farm grab some fresh produce and flowers from the farmstand fridge. Now harvesting sugar snap peas, zucchini, many salad and greens, herbs, scallions, peonies and more!
