Join Bone Builders at Franklin County Senior Center. Classes begin June 20th and will be held every Monday and Thursday from 2:00-3:00pm.

Would you like to improve your balance or strength ? Have you fallen recently and would like to prevent another fall?

RSVP Bone Builders, a program of United Way of Northwest Vermont, is a FREE low impact weight training program designed to prevent and even reverse the effects of Osteoporosis in older men and women. Twice weekly hourly classes have been proven to increase strength, balance and bone density.

Classes to be held every Monday and Thursday from 2:00-3:00pm at Franklin County Senior Center located at 75 Messenger Street, St. Albans, Vermont.
