The WCUUSD has two meetings scheduled for June 11th, we invite you to join us:
1. Configuration Committee Meeting
Time: 5:00 PM
Public Comment: 10 minutes of public comments will be allowed at the end of the meeting.

Time: 6:15 PM

30 minutes at the beginning of the meeting.

Guidelines for Public Comment:
Public comment is a valuable part of our meetings and our process, allowing us to hear from the community. Remember, each speaker has 2 minutes, and we ask that your comments remain respectful and directed to the board chair. Microphones will be muted when time is up. If we run out of time, additional public comment will be allowed at the end of the meeting. The Board will consider your comments as we conduct our work, and while we may not respond immediately, rest assured your input is appreciated and taken into account.
By following these guidelines and norms, we aim to ensure that the public comment portion of the meeting is orderly, respectful, and productive. Thank you for your cooperation. The meeting is the meeting of the Board in public so we invite you to engage with us in other ways.

We will be holding public forums at each of our elementary schools to engage with the community in a meaningful way.
