On June 13, please come to Rochester Library to hear Walt Wells speak about "The Wildland-Urban Interface and Fire Weather". Inspired by his recent reading of a book new to our collection, Fire Weather, by John Vaillant, Walt will share his thoughts about the increased hazard of wildfire due to climate change. Walt is an engaging and knowledgeable speaker who will draw not only from his reading but also from his own extensive background as a wildland firefighter.
