5:00 - Call To Order/ Welcoming Guests
Approve Minutes of May 23, 2024 regular meeting

5:05 – Update on what's new in Road Crew. Dirt Tech and other repair work done. Potholes filled. What Select Board is interested in knowing / finding out. Look Ahead. (Eric & Zara) List of questions – are they answered? Discussion.

5:15 – Team Future Report. Asset Management ideas. Answers to questions asked to 5 nearby towns. (Ken)

5:30 - Team Funding update on list of Grants & Funding (Zach) and status of Hazard Grant Pre-Applications due August 18, 2024 for locations needing immediate remediation & Preliminary Mud Road list (Zara)

5:45 - Team Friends – Report on survey results. (Hilton)

6:00 - Adjourn regular meeting. Start Team meetings with each group setting forward movement tasks on a volunteer basis.
