Usui Reiki Ryoho is a simple, natural, and safe Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes physical and spiritual healing. This workshop presents traditional Usui Reiki Level I training along with expressive art activities for a deeper learning experience. This workshop will prepare for Reiki Level II.
