This FREE class, hosted by Phoenix Fitness and Self-Defense is for women over the age of 18 and for all fitness levels. We'll help you master self–defense techniques using simple, easy to learn movements. We'll empower you with the knowledge to prevent you and your loved ones from becoming targets. Our classes are taught via the Jane Jitsu self–defense curriculum. Jane Jitsu is a proven method that uses women's natural strengths to teach them how to defend themselves.
