The potential use of the $4k MERP award was discussed by the group. Several ideas were raised including:
(1) more residential weatherization project(s) in Calais
(2) energy fair focused on Window Dressers (WD)
(3) wood gasification example and potential community kitchen or municipal use
(4) income eligible household energy navigator/outreach project
(5) climate planning & energy/resilience chapter of pending update to Town Plan
5:45 Assign a Committee member to provide administrative support
Assign a Committee member to provide IT support (Zoom, etc.)
5:50 Set Regular Monthly Meeting Date/Time (perhaps 2nd Wednesday of each month at 5:00pm; Town Hall is available)
