The Orange County Restorative Justice Center (OCRJC), in collaboration with the Chelsea Health Center Board of Trustees, Clara Martin Center and VT Cares, is inviting Chelsea community members to join in learning and discussion about substance misuse in our community on from 5:30-7:30 on:
June 17--Substance Use: Facts & Myths, Town Hall
June 24 --Substance Use—Impacts on Family and Loved Ones, United Church of Chelsea
June 26--The Harm Reduction Model for Substance Use Intervention, Town Hall
In February, the Chelsea Health Center Board of Trustees approached OCRJC to organize an opportunity for community conversation about the impacts of substance use in Chelsea. We hope to explore how our community can respond to this challenge and come together to support each other and those impacted. We welcome members of the Chelsea community to participate in one, or all, the gatherings. Light refreshments will be provided. These meetings are supported by our community partners—First Branch Ambulance Service, Safeline, SafeArt and the Gifford Medical Center.
