"Shelburne Halloween Parade this coming Sunday at 2PM. The parade ‘steps off’ at 2PM from the intersection of Falls Road and Church Street. This annual favorite is hosted by the Shelburne Parks and Recreation Department and is run by the Rotary Club of Charlotte-Shelburne. The parade route proceeds out Falls Road, turns left on Shelburne Falls Road before circling around on Bacon Drive and Mt. Philo Roads to finish back where it all started. A party follows at the Shelburne Fire Station and Town Gym where there will be food, drinks, music, games, and a costume-judging contest. Please be aware that for the safety of all concerned parade onlookers are not permitted in the roadway, particularly to retrieve candy and other objects thrown by parade participants.”
