Since George Washington's unanimous election, presidential elections have continued to change America - who runs, who can vote, what are the big surprises - in a drama filled with memorable personalities, conflicts, intrigues, and a few laughs, Historian/Biographer Willard Sterne Randall sketches the highlights and low points that keep American democracy alive.
