Group Shake is a community movement practice. For 1 hour we shake the body continuously with a playlist. Shaking is a simple, continuous movement of the body that can be done in any position and can be restful and/or invigorating. It's great for our nervous and circulatory systems and relieves stress and tension in the body. No movement experience necessary!
