As winter approaches, homeowners looking to "Button Up" their homes should be aware of a presentation November 1. Starting at 9 a.m. the workshop will cover basic building science, simple energy efficiency improvements, as well as available resources for more complicated measures.
The workshop has been organized by the Brookfield and Randolph Town Energy Committees and the information is provided through Capstone Community Action and Efficiency Vermont. In addition to information about incentives from these two groups, there will also be an explanation of Randolph Area Community Development Corporation property loans for home energy products available.
The free event will be held in the RUHS cafeteria.
