3. Hinesburg Community School - Site Plan Amendment - 08-01-32.000: To upgrade stormwater treatment at the 33.6-acre school property located at 10888 VT Route 116 in the Village Zoning District.
4. William & Patricia Drew - Final Plat - 09-01-01.500: For a three-lot subdivision of a 3.70-acre property located at 108 Thorn Bush Road in the Village Zoning District.
5. Decision Deliberation:
• Karen and Tim Cornish - Subdivision Revision - 09-02-38.800: To modify the approved lot #4 building envelope on a 6.44-acre property located on the east side of Gilman Road between Birdie Drive and Hines Road in the Agricultural Zoning District. Public hearing was closed on May 21, 2024.
