Sunday, June 2nd from 2:00 - 4:00pm join the Town of Barre Recreation Department for the Second Annual Dinosaur Scavenger Hunt at the Town Recreation Area (46 Websterville Road). Dinosaurs are active in the forest beyond the bike path and picnic shelter. We need your help rounding them up! Report to the Town picnic shelter. Participants will receive a "Safari License" to locate three different dinosaurs in the forest. Follow the footprints! Return to the picnic shelter with the three dinosaurs identified on your Safari License to verify their removal from the forest. Successful participants will receive a reward for their help and be able to take dinosaurs home with them.
See you on Sunday! Parking for this event at the top of the Rec Area access road and the additional parking area across from the dog park. Use caution and watch for pedestrians.
