The Family Center of Washington County is hosting their 3rd Annual Family Fun Fest, an outdoor free family fun event for young children and their grownups promoting family engagement and togetherness on Saturday, June 8, at 383 Sherwood Drive in Montpelier from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Activities this year include music by Rockin' Ron the Friendly Pirate; Castle Bouncy House; storytelling by Ian Gauthier, Aldrich Children's Librarian, and book give-a-way; an obstacle course set up by Emmanuel Riby-Williams; cloud dough; sensory table; face painting; free snacks including Strafford Ice Cream, fruit provided by Hannafords, cheese and popcorn; plus Vermont Fresh Recipe Kits provided by Vermont Foodbank for families. Saturday Morning Playgroup will also be in full swing on the playground. Carpooling is suggested.
