This might be the last weekend of the Garden Seedling Sale at Green Things Growing, from 10am-2pm on both Saturday and Sunday at 370 Richard Woolcutt Rd, Wolcott (just off Rte 12 in ELMORE)!! With our short growing season, get your best chance at success with locally grown, hardy, healthy garden seedlings: annual veggies/herbs/flowers. Grown from non-GMO, mostly organic seeds using VT Compost Company soil products, and in plastic-free FertilPots or soil blocks, these babies have had an infancy with minimal stress (but not overly pampered, either), no travel, and no chemical applications. Prices are: $4/3.5-4" pot (most plants are this size), $6/generous six pack, $8/6" perennial herbs. Wolcott Elementary Parent Organization will benefit from sales of High Mowing Seeds. Please park on the road and bring a tray/box for plant transport, if possible; hope to see you there!
