NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Correction of date from the 14th to the 11th.

Notice is hereby given that the Vergennes City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. at the Vergennes Fire Station.

The purpose of this Public Hearing is for the Vergennes City Council to consider the proposed amendment from the Planning Commission. The proposed amendment is to add to the end of Section 1612 (E)(3) the phrase "in buildings within 150 feet of the edge of the public right of way of Main Street/Route 22A."
