As a spiritual practice, intention setting is a powerful tool for changing behaviors and ingraining new habits. Intentions help us gain control of our lives by giving meaning to our daily actions. At Music & Spirit on Sunday, May 26th at 11:00 a.m., Pastor Don will examine how intentions are like stepping stones that we consciously lay down to create a path forward.
