2nd VT Fermentation Festival Saturday, November 1st Green Mountain College 9:30-4:00.

The ancient art of fermentation will be the focus of workshops, vendors and panel discussion on food and diet. Featuring classes on making sauerkraut, kimchi, mead, kefir, yogurt, dosas, sourdough bread and much more. $10 admission, students $5.
