Dear Wine & Food Loving Neighbor,

Pauline’s Café in South Burlington is holding a wine dinner this coming Wednesday, October 22, at 6 pm. 5 stunning wines from Revenant Winery of Napa California will be offered with 5 local and fall-inspired dishes by Chef David of Pauline’s. In addition, winemaker Tony Knox from Revenant Winery in California will be joining us to discuss these amazing wines. There will be a few wines from Italy, of which Tony is the sole distributor, and 3 wines from Revenant. All are carefully crafted, and unbelievably good (aka heaven in a glass). Pair this with inspirational fall food, and you’ll be happy as a clam. 

It’s $65 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Call restaurant to reserve space, and/or tell your friends who love great wine and food!
