Friday Night Movie at the Williamsville Hall presents "Stand by Me" (1986) on Friday, May 24, at 7:30 PM. Rob Reiner directed this poignant and profound coming-of-age classic based on Stephen King's novella, "The Body," and features powerful performances by Wil Wheaton, River Phoenix, Corey Feldman, and Jerry O'Connell. In a small Oregon town in 1959, four 12 and 13-year-olds set out on a hike to find the dead body of a missing boy. Refreshments will be served. Admission is by donation and will raise funds for Williamsville Hall. The Hall, which is ADA compliant, is located at 35 Dover Rd in Williamsville.
