The Highgate Public Library & Community Center is having a bike decorating party on May 27 (Memorial Day) at the Highgate Elementary School beginning at 9:30am - 11:15am - Just in Time to Enter the Memorial Day Parade "Best Decorated Bike Contest" with cash prizes and ribbons!! We will have the supplies - you bring the bike!
