The Race Against Racism is this coming Saturday, May 25th on the State House Lawn! Register by 5PM Wednesday to save $5 off the registration fee for adults.

Montpelier High School, Harwood, and U32 students have worked hard to plan this fun, family-oriented anti-racist event. Please join us for an inspiring rally featuring speeches, poetry, and music from BIPOC youth and adults beginning at 12 PM. Rajnii Eddins will be sharing his powerful poetry and the professional music groups Shidaa and A2VT will be performing! An optional 5k run or walk will follow at 1:30PM. There will be workshops beginning at 2PM. Local social justice organizations will be promoting their work and engaging the public. Namaste Indian Nepali Kitchen will be selling food and there will be activities for children too!
