6:05 p.m. Jericho-Underhill Park District – Board member appointment

6:10 p.m. Recreation Committee appointments & CCRPC Committee appointments

6:15 p.m. Historical Society – discuss walking paths

6:30 p.m. Recess meeting and travel to Lower English Settlement to view road improvements

7:10 p.m. Review and approve sand hauling request for proposals

7:20 p.m. Review bids and award FY25 paving contract for Irish Settlement Road

7:30 p.m. Consider request to bury power in the Downes Road right of way

7:40 p.m. Review-approve Underhill land contracts

7:45 p.m. Town Administrator and other items
• Consider extension request for Arrowwood Environmental FY24 contract
• Approve NEMRC cloud service agreement
• Authorize Tech Group email migration proposal for FY25
• Schedule joint meeting with Jericho to discuss UJFD capital purchase
• Consider Selectboard Liaison positions

8:10 p.m. Closing Public Comment Period

8:15 p.m. Warrants & Minutes: Review/Approve warrants, review/approve the minutes from the regular meeting of April 11, 2024 and the special meetings of May 2, 2024 and May 7, 2024.

8:20 p.m. Member items, correspondence, announcements, schedule. The next Selectboard meeting is scheduled for June 5, 2024 which will be the June 11, 2024 Special Town Meeting Informational Hearing.

8:30 p.m. Executive Session (Tentative)

9:00 p.m. Adjourn Selectboard meeting (tentative)
