On Saturday, June 1, Bob Patterson will lead two free bike repair workshops at the Maple Corner Community Center. The first will be a beginner workshop, 9 to 10:30 AM. It will be an introduction to knowing and caring for you bicycle. The second, 11-1 PM, will be an intermediate workshop, looking more in-depth at the parts of a bike; how to evaluate, adjust, and perhaps replace them. (We'll do what is possible in 2 Hours!) Both workshops are completely free of charge. Then at 1 O'Clock you are welcome to join us for lunch (can be purchased at the Maple Corner Store) and a ride : the Tour de Calais! We'll bike from the Maple Corner Store to the Adamant Coop to the East Calais Store and then back to Maple Corner.
