The Vermont Crafts Council is hosting their annual Vermont Open Studio Weekend this coming weekend. On May 25th and 26th from 10am - 5pm there will be 147 artisans welcoming visitors across 136 different site locations across the state. Locally, potter Nicholas Seidner will participate at Rising Meadow Pottery. There will be a fresh selection of wood fired pots, seconds, demonstrations and tours of kilns and studios. Tour maps are available at Rising Meadow Pottery, so you can plan a weekend of studio visits around the Rutland area.
