An Event for All!
Please join June 2nd, 4:00pm at the Lareau Farm Pavilion as Modern Times Puppet Theatre presents a brand new, hilarious, family friendly show: "The Perils of Mr.Punch—Let's Agree to Disagree".
The popular Punch and Judy are back in town for the latest installment of their centuries-old adventure. But, they can't seem to agree on anything. He says tomato, she says eggplant, and they're both looking at a turnip. Meanwhile, the alligator sharpens his teeth, the baby sitter is a fox, and the baby is, well, a baby. Will Punch and Judy put their quarrels aside and get "All Together Now", or will they double down on their trouble?
In this all ages entertainment extravaganza, children will ascend to new heights of uncontrollable laughter, and parents will actually leave their phones in their pockets.
Modern Times Theater's Rose Friedman and Justin Lander have been adapting Punch and Judy shows, creating Vaudeville acts, and writing songs for over a decade. They are a Vermont favorite!
Following the show, flatbread, salads and drinks will be available for purchase in the pavilion. Spring Hill School will also have a special 40th Birthday treat surprise to share with all the children!
Please dress for the weather and bring a blanket or camp chairs to sit on during the show!
