Join us for a Women's Meditation and Grounding Series starting this Friday, May 24th at 8-8:45am. This series is designed to support women (of all ages) in their journey toward holistic well-being through guided meditation and grounding practices. We will gather in nature to further foster inner peace, connection, and resilience. Come learn new meditation techniques, build a supportive community of like-minded folks, and gain tools and insights for maintaining mental, emotional, and spiritual health in everyday life .
This is a free series, open to all women and non-binary folx. No experience is necessary. Please reply to RSVP and address will be shared. Location in within walking distance from Hinesburg village.
About your guide:
Sarah O'Brien Hammond is a native Vermonter and life transition coach that supports women in living a peaceful, happy, and joyful life of their design. Her coaching philosophy is deeply rooted in mindfulness and she has seen massive transformations with her coaching clients when they implement daily mindfulness practices.
