Experience the timeless magic of Rodgers and Hammerstein's iconic music as it was meant to be heard at The Sound of Music: In Concert hosted at the picturesque Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe on June 20, 21, and 22, 2024. This is the first time that a live concert performance of The Sound of Music has been performed at the von Trapp family's Vermont home.
These enchanting evenings of melody and a beloved story are a commemoration of several milestones: the 75th anniversary of The Story of the Trapp Family Singers book and the 65th anniversary of the musical's legendary Broadway debut. Plus, this is Lyric Theatre Company's 50th anniversary and Vermont Symphony Orchestra's (VSO) 90th anniversary.
Please note that "shine" tickets are fair weather only: if the performance is moved to the Flynn due to inclement weather, these tickets are automatically refunded.
