Hi neighbors! A new Kick It series is starting this Wednesday at the Community Center and I'd like to invite you to try your first class for FREE (because fitness is way more fun when we do it together!) Class Details:
Kick It is a 13 round, music-driven, kickboxing-inspired group fitness class. Rounds include a warm up, high-intensity intervals with kickboxing combinations, low impact movements, and a meditative cooldown. This fun and upbeat class will provide you with a full body workout and leave you feeling strong and empowered. Bring your yoga mat and water. All fitness levels are welcome!
About the Instructor:
Amy is a resident of Jeffersonville, and an AFAA and NASM certified kickboxing instructor. She is excited to bring this energetic, inclusive, empowering workout to our community!
