Friday at 5:00p.m. until Sunday 9:00 p.m. This Women's RESET RETREAT includes all vegan cleanse/reset meals, yoga, guided meditation and journeywork, sound healing and Kirtan, The retreat does not include lodging. Lodging recommendations available. Reset and harmonize to the coming season. Participants will come together for (optional) group events and be given a list of suggested self-care practices as well as quiet individual time throughout each day. About Retreat Leader Rachel Elion Baird: Rachel Elion Baird RYT, CH, has immersed herself in the healing arts for the past forty years. A Certified Hypnotherapist, she also studied and taught at the Berkeley Psychic Institute and has tended a full-time healing/holistic health practice for thirty-three years. Rachel Elion's meditation and yoga her-story includes Hatha, Yin, Nidra, Kundalini, Iyengar, Anna Forrest Method and Kaiut Somatic Yoga. She has travelled to several countries teaching Peace Yoga practice at healing centers and in communities. Having recently completed a year-long study with the Buddhist Retreat center Tara Mandala on the 21 Aspects of Tara for spiritual embodiment, Rachel Elion maintains a daily Tara yogic meditation practice. She is also the Walla for the band Bhakti, holding the energetic and musical space for Kirtan call and response chanting on island each Sunday. In the Buddhist tradition, Rachel Elion will be mindfully preparing fall the food for the retreat.
