"The Race to Watch"? – Lieutenant Governor Forum Oct. 21

Many are saying the Vermont Lieutenant Governor race is "the race to watch" this year. Join the League of Women Voters of Vermont on Tuesday, October 21 in Barre to meet and hear the views, priorities, and positions of all candidates
running for Lieutenant Governor.

Republican incumbent Lt. Gov. Phil Scott, Progressive Democrat Dean Corren, and Liberty Union Marina Brown will be at the Old Labor Hall on 46 Granite Street in Barre from 7 to 8:30 p.m.Moderating the event is Steve Pappas, Editor of Times Argus.

The evening’s format will include questions posed by the League and written questions accepted from the audience. There will be time before and after the presentations for the public to talk to the candidates.

The League asks that no campaign signs, shirts, hats, badges or other displays be brought into the Hall. Candidates may place informational literature on their campaigns at designated tables.The League of Women Voters encourages informed and active participation in government and neither supports nor opposes any political party or candidate.
