I will be teaching a weekly Tai Chi Chuan class beginning Monday, May 20th from 5:30 to 7 pm at All Souls Interfaith Gathering in their beautiful sanctuary. Please consider joining me in rooting our bodies to the earth while reconnecting our hearts and minds. We'll start slowly and deliberately with the Eight Pieces of Brocade and the Tung Family Yang Style Slowset.
