3. Karen and Tim Cornish - Subdivision Revision - 09-02-38.800: To modify the approved lot #4 building envelope on a 6.44-acre property located on the east side of Gilman Road between Birdie Drive and Hines Road in the Agricultural Zoning District.
4. Vestry Community Center, Inc. - Conditional Use Review - 20-50-30.000: For the demolition of a historic building & maintaining non-compliant allowances on a 0.065-acre property located at 10765 VT Route 116 in the Village Zoning District.
5. Extension Requests:
• Windy Ridge (Champlain Housing Trust & Maclay Architects) - Sketch Plan - 16-20-56.800: A six-month extension request for a 77-unit subdivision located between Riggs Road and CVU Road on the east side of VT Route 116. Approval was issued on 12/19/23 and will expire on 6/19/24 – 1st request.
• Jacob Thompson & Jennafer Wetmore - Sketch Plan - 08-01-72.000: A six-month extension request for a two-lot subdivision located at 223 Burritt Road. Approval was issued on 11/21/23 and will expire on 5/21/24 – 1st request.
