A Trip to the Border—A Neighbor to Neighbor Lecture Series Presentation at the Grafton Public Library
Please join us on Wednesday, June 5 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm for our next offering in the popular Neighbor-to-Neighbor Lecture Series, in person at the Grafton Public Library. Learn about one person's experiences at our southern border with the program, A Trip to the Border.
Presenter Barbara Carey is a Grafton resident and community health nurse who works with folks facing adversity. She traveled recently to the U.S./Mexico border to learn more about the situation and the humanitarian efforts taking place there.
Barbara will share photos and personal stories of her experience at the border, along with details about what she learned during her visit.
There will be time for audience Q & A at the end of the presentation.
