The Community Health Team of Mad River Family Practice is continuing to offer a bi-monthly support group for ALL kinds of caregivers. We share experiences, ideas, resources and other parts of life affected by being a caregiver. Some of our participants care for loved ones suffering from dementia, alzheimers or other memory related issues. Regardless of the reason for your caregiving, participants find it helpful to share and be listened to by those that truly understand how difficult the work is that you do daily.

The first and third Tuesday of every month, unless otherwise changed by the current participants.

We meet in the 2nd floor conference room upstairs from Mad River Family Practice, 859 Old County Rd, Waitsfield.
