Hey Folks! Here's a reminder about a great program happening Tuesday (21 May) at 7:00 PM!
Join the Duxbury Historical Society on May 21st at 7 PM for "From the Parlor to the Polling Place: Stories and Songs from the Suffragists."
In this presentation local singer and historian Linda Radtke will be discussing the events leading up to and after the passing of the 19th Amendment, all while wearing period clothing and through the music written during this time.
This presentation is made possible through Vermont Humanities.
Tuesday, May 21st at 7 pm, in the South Duxbury Meeting House (formerly known as the South Duxbury Church) located across from Harwood Union High School.
