What is a worker bee you ask? They are a project of ACORN Farmer Climate Network (http://www.acornvt.org). Inspired by farm work brigades in Central & South America, these working bees intend to bring together farmers, food producers, as well as interested community members, to complete necessary on-farm projects and engage in peer-to-peer learning sessions. They are the embodiment of the well known mantra "many hands make light work".

10am - 2pm.
Help us complete our high tunnel and get it ready to plant! We installed a new high tunnel last fall and have been busy getting it ready, all we need now is the compost!
Tasks include moving top soil, spreading compost, and making rows, and cleaning up weeds around the tunnel.
