The Select Board received a draft of the new zoning regulation, now called a Unified Development Regulation, or UDR from the Planning Commission Chairman on May 13, 2024 at a regularly scheduled Select Board meeting. The Planning Commission has been working diligently on this new UDR for almost three years. The Planning Commission meetings are open meetings and the zoning regulations (UDR) have been on their meeting agendas for over two years. Their work is just about complete, meaning they now need the Select Board to adopt the new UDR. It will be posted on the Town Website and the Planning Commission page and will also be posted with the May 29, 2024 Select Board meeting agenda.

The public meeting will be a part of the regularly scheduled Select Board meeting on May 29, 2024 at 6:30 PM at the Castleton Public Safety Building in the Fire Department Community Room.
