You may have noticed that the time for the start of the celebration has changed 2x on postings (committees are hard work!)

The Memorial Day celebration
WHERE: Begins at the Academy GYM
WHEN: 10:00 a.m. (TEN a.m.)
Date: May 24 (rain date May 28)

What will happen?
Generally:
1. Gather at the GYM, Intro by Mr Foster, Pledge, poems, songs
2. Veterans will lead the community to the Cemetery
3. Invocation, songs, placing of flowers on Veterans' graves
4. Walk to the Veterans' Memorial, song, placing of Wreath, song, Taps, lunch on the Common (maybe bring your camp chair or blanket...some benches are there)

Who should be there? The whole community, if you can, for as much time as you can.
