LOCATION (specific): 162 Commonwealth Avenue, Hyde Park and 301 Brooklyn Street, Morristown.
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: The Hyde Park leg of the Special Olympics Torch Run will begin at 0830 on 06/20/2024 at the Lamoille County Sheriff's Department. Runners and escorts will run down Main Street to the Deep Roots Fitness.
The Morristown Leg will begin at approximately 0900 on Brooklyn Street in Morristown at the Most Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church at 301 Brooklyn. This leg will go down Brooklyn Street to Bridge Street to Portland Street and finish down Lower Main Street at the Morristown Police Department.
Special Olympians and Law Enforcement officers will be carrying the torch during this run and encourage all to come out and cheer on the athletes and the Law Enforcement runners.
