TOWN OF BETHEL'S COMBINED NOTICE OF TAX SALE

The resident and non-resident owners, lienholders, mortgagees and all persons interested in the purchase of land in the Town of Bethel, County of Windsor and State of Vermont, are hereby notified that the taxes and/or utilities assessed by such Town for the 2018 and prior fiscal years remain, either in whole or in part, unpaid on the following described lands and/or premises situated in the Town of Bethel:

Property commonly known and numbered as 77 Hidden
Glen Road, consisting of 10.8 acres of land, more or less,
together with mobile home and improvements thereon,
owned by Roberta Darling, conveyed to her by Quitclaim
Deed of Stephanie L. Darling, dated March 30, 2022, and
recorded in Book 119 at Pages 523-524 of the Town of
Bethel Land Records. Grand List value: $110,500 - THIS PROPERTY ABUTS PROPERTY No. 3

Property commonly known and numbered as 171 Hidden Glen
Road, consisting of 1.96 acres of land, more or less, owned by
Arnold Glen Robert Gover (a/k/a Arnold G.R. Gover, II), conveyed
to him by Vermont Quitclaim Deed of Ann Marie Worth, dated
January 28, 2012, and recorded in Book 104 at Page 31 of the
Town of Bethel Land Records, together with a 1976 Skyline make,
Bay Custom 984A model mobile home, with serial number
0316-0314, owned by Arnold G. R. Gover and Ann Marie Worth,
conveyed to them by Vermont Mobile Home Uniform Bill of Sale
of Ralph Lavigne and Beda Lavigne, dated June 19, 2003, and
recorded in the Mobile Home Bill of Sale File of the Town of Bethel Land Records. Grand list value: $112,600

Being a 1972 Parkwood mobile home, model 108, with serial
number 20815, located at 2574 Gilead Brook Road, owned
by Charles G. Young, and recorded in the Town of Bethel
Land Records. Grand List value: $35,600

Said lands and/or premises will be sold at a public auction at the Town Office, 134 South Main Street, Bethel, Vermont, on Thursday the 16th day of May 2024, at Eleven O'Clock in the morning (11:00 a.m.), to discharge such taxes and/or utilities with costs, unless the same are previously paid.
