“Listening to Your Business”, a half-day workshop co-presented by the Vermont Small Business Development Center and the Lake Champlain Islands Economic Development Corp., will be held on Thursday, October 30, from 8 a.m. to noon at the LCIEDC office in North Hero Village. This interactive, “hands-on” program will help business owners answer the question: What do I really want from my business, and how do I get it? Learn how to assess, plan and manage your business and leave the workshop with a plan to achieve your long-range vision. “It is easy to start a business,” says Steve Densham, SBDC counselor who will lead the workshop, “but it is hard to make it grow. Get out from behind the counter and get your business to the next level.”
