Mother's Day is just around the corner. Let's do something fun before then! Pond Hollow Farm and Flowers will have a make-your-own bouquet bar set up at the Richmond Volunteers Green on Friday May 8 from 6-8:00PM. What is a bouquet bar? It's basically an array of flowers in buckets and you pick and choose which flowers you want to make your bouquet. You'll pay based on the number and type of flowers you select for your bouquet. For example, our specialty tulips each cost $2. We take cash or Venmo. There will also be a basic demonstration on how to make a hand-tied bouquet that florists all use. We'll wrap up your bouquet so your flowers will be protected on the way home.

The tulips are insanely gorgeous this year. I grow a range of double tulips which come in lots of different colors and look like peonies when they open up. There will also be some parrot tulips as well. I hope to see all of you on Friday!
